Mit der Kontolöschung werden aus dem Kontodatensatz unwiderruflich entfernt: der hinterlegte Name, die E-Mail-Adresse und der Passwort-Hash; die Benutzerkennung wird durch einen neutralen Platzhalter ersetzt (Anonymisierung). Gelöscht werden außerdem persönliche App-Einstellungen (z. B. Favoriten und Tags) und die serverseitige Gültigkeit des Zugriffstokens. Die bei der Registrierung erzeugte Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail wird gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr erforderlich ist; auf Anfrage an ka@business24.ai löschen wir sie jederzeit vorab. Das lokal auf dem Gerät gespeicherte Token entfernen Sie durch Abmelden oder Deinstallation der App.
Geschäftliche Planungsdaten des Unternehmens (Projekte, Einsatzplanung, Auslastung) sind Daten des verantwortlichen Unternehmens und bleiben von einer Kontolöschung unberührt. Sicherheits-Protokolldaten (z. B. Anmelde-Drosselung) werden nur kurzzeitig vorgehalten und automatisch gelöscht. Details: Datenschutzerklärung.
To delete your data in the "R-Apps KAPA" app by Business24.AI GmbH: accounts created in the app can be deleted directly in the app (More > Account > "Delete account"). Access is revoked immediately; the name, e-mail address and password hash are irreversibly removed from the account record, the account identifier is replaced by a neutral placeholder, and the record remains permanently deactivated without personal data. Personal app settings (favorites, tags) and the server-side validity of the access token are deleted as well. The registration notification e-mail is deleted once no longer needed, or any time earlier on request (ka@business24.ai). Accounts provisioned by Business24.AI — email ka@business24.ai (subject "data deletion", include your username); company-provisioned accounts — contact your organization's administrator.
